• Service: The leaderboard platform provided by IndieTiers that ranks Stripe users based on their revenue data.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Content: Data, information, and materials provided by Users or displayed on the leaderboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction to use IndieTiers.

3. Account and API Key Usage

• Users must provide a valid Stripe API key to access the leaderboard functionality.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.
• IndieTiers encrypts and securely stores your API key; it will never be shared or displayed publicly.

4. Use of the Service

• The Service fetches your revenue data from Stripe to calculate rankings.
• Rankings are updated daily and display the User's name, rank, and global balance.
• You must ensure that the data you provide is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, such as by submitting false or unauthorized data.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to hack the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndieTiers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to you, but continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
